Management
Our Project Management team includes surveyors, facilities and building staff who are responsible for the managing all aspects of our buildings and tenants relationships. We manage all our properties directly and see this as a key part of keeping our buildings full and our tenants satisfied.
Construction
Management
We employ surveyors, project managers and construction managers who deliver on our philosophy of ongoing investment in our properties. At any given time will be managing a variety of projects from refurbishments to full new build development projects.
Finance &
Accounting
Our finance team is responsible for accounting and commercial finance matters across the business. The team is ingrained in the operational business and plays a key role managing our relationships with our tenants and funding partners.
